Meet Dean, the driving force behind PFX Strength & Conditioning. With over 20 years of experience, he’s a no-nonsense expert in functional fitness, strength training, Olympic lifting, and energy system training.
Dean has worked with everyone from beginners to professional athletes, always pushing boundaries to help others reach their full potential. He also teaches sports performance at local high schools, sharing his expertise with the next generation.
